Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Easy block UTM (the "Service"), operated by Shopwise. By using the Service you agree to these terms. Last updated: August 2026.

1. The Service

The Service provides a web tool to build and manage UTM links. Core features are free; certain advanced features are offered via a paid subscription (Pro).

2. Accounts

Some features require signing in. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account.

3. Fees, billing, and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; upon cancellation you retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our separate Refund Policy.

4. Your responsibilities

You must comply with applicable laws and these terms and must not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights. Interfering with normal operation (unauthorized scraping, excessive automated requests, reverse engineering) is prohibited.

5. Intellectual property

Rights in the Service and its content (design, text, logos) belong to the operator. Rights in your data, such as the UTM links and templates you create, belong to you.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced within the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law and contact
