Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellation and refunds for Easy block UTM Pro subscriptions. Last updated: August 2026.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, and you keep Pro features until the end of the period you already paid for. You can cancel from your account page or the manage link in your billing email.

Refunds

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, and refunds are handled through Lemon Squeezy. If you have not meaningfully used the service right after payment, or in cases of mistaken or duplicate charges, we will review and refund upon request made within a reasonable period from the payment date. Refunds may be limited for periods already substantially used.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email chanhwi611@gmail.com with the email used for payment. We usually respond within a few days.
